Heads up

I wanted to pass along some information that we just found out. It is one of those things that till you know to look for it, it could get by you. apprently when mike did his medical intake in 08 they put someone elses information in his records. They had him as having an ilegal drug and alcohol issue. He did not see it until he got his medical report at this final team meeting. He would not have known till he got to HWH and they made him do rehab out here. He just happened to read the papers they gave him copies of. It took him two weeks and persistence to get it corrected as they were not going to admit that they had made a mistake. Luckily his PO before he went in and the judge put in the sentancing report that he did not have a drug or alcohol problem. Make sure your guys read all the paperwork they give them before they are released. Once they are released it is part of their permenat record. I am sure that once you aren't there to get something like that corrected, it wouldn't happen.
