I wanted to know how holiday visits are are I mean are thier alot of people like the weekend visits I went nuts the last visit it was really crowded and noisy and with kids it just makes it worse so I was hopeing the Holiday visits are better since alot of people are usually busy those days but I am not sure if other try to do what I am thinking and take adavantage of them thinking its less croweded and less noise I am sure you guys know what I mean

I have been there on holidays that weren't too bad, New years last year, and ones that were so crowded that we left before noon, Memorial Day. I don't know that it just varies. It seems that people were saying that Thanksgiving and Christmas were very crowded. But I think it depends a lot on the weather too.
You can figure that two to three of us that travel to visitation go each weekend. So lets see who is planning to visit this holiday season. I have posted a poll asking that. I would say that if more than 5 to 10 are, just from this group that it will probably be crowded. It isn't perfect, but it might be a measuring stick.
not going during the holidays..only because New Years is our special time to celebrate...another year down...They decorate the windows and try to make it look Christmasy...
Of course we will be visiting all holidays. We are planning on going on Thanksgiving and then not until that Sunday. We will be at all holiday visits. I agree with Debbie we are going to celebrate New Years because that is closer to them coming home.
