Snow in Eastern NC

I hope you are happy Debbie! LOL! 3-6 inches tonight! We haven't had snow in Washington since 2002. Since this low is coming in off the ocean, I am sure it will come to pass. Probably more than 6". My little ones are excited, as they will have a snow day tomorrow, if they forecast snow they close the schools. Joe has a teacher workday tomorrow anyway. I need to go to the store as I will not get on the roads with these no driving people that live here.

We are getting it agian here. Becky and I were going to try and go down to visit today and of course we couldn't make it. I'm sure its the governments fault some how. LOL Enjoy the snow I'm about tired of it.

snow is a four letter word. I have not heard from mike yet today, so I am sure it is weather realted. It will get better once we get through January.

We have just a dusting across the grass, it didn't stick to the sidewalk. I sure hope that is all we are expecting. I am not a big fan of snow.

At you ready, We are suppose to get 4-8 inches. Schools are either delayed 2 hours or closed. It isn't suppose to start snowing here till around 7 am and contiue till tomorrow evening. the bad thing is that we do not have snow plows or salt truck to speak of. I think there is one between us and the neighboring county. Plus it is suppose to rain switching to snow tonight with the temps dropping below 32 and will not go above that till Thursday sometime. We have to wait for mother nature to clear the roads. It could be a long couple of days.

The last time we had snow that stuck was 2002, so the people here have no idea how to drive in it.

I want snow that closes our whole town down for days but I want it to wait until next winter when Chance will be here. Considering this area stays well prepared,I doubt that will happen.
