Okay,
How do we get this introduced and passed? I have emailed Mark for his suggestions, since he is the only one I am aware of in the group that has political savvy. From the little research I have done this morning there are MILLIONS of first time non violent offenders this would help. How do we make them aware that this can be done? I have called and emailed the contact info for Mr. Woolard on the petition site and have not gotten any response. Remember we have no budget. Lets start brainstorming.

I emailed him through myspace also...on there you can see when someone reads their messages and he has not...I posted last night, there are now 93 signatures on the petition...people do want this to become law...we have to come up with a way to let the lawmakers see this.
I"m not sure but I will talk with our ex-Miss West Virginia (I'm on the board) and she is just won a seat on the legislature for the northern panhandle. Maybe she can help.
I just emailed our congressman Mollohan and gave him the low down. Hopefully I will hear from him soon.
